Seasonal Work

Recruit additional employees during seasonal / peak periods to cover the added workload. Employees can be hired on a full-time / part-time basis on a temporary working arrangement.

Important Considerations
  • Proper policy, system controls and reporting must be in place prior to implementation.

  • Seasonal work can be advocated for during festive or peak period when the business requires additional resource temporarily.

  • Seasonal work arrangement should be reviewed at least once per year.
