Incentives & Grants

Our incentive and grants aim to encourage Malaysian companies to adopt and implement family-friendly policies and offer flexibility in the workplace. In particular, our grants enable companies to continue supporting women in employment such as actively recruiting and retaining women, and encouraging career growth among women employees.

How Companies Can Benefit from the Incentives & Grants
Encourage Malaysian companies to adopt and implement policies to support women in employment.
Motivate employers to expand their talent pool and reach out to women keen on returning to work.
Enable employers to recruit and retain women on career breaks in order to meet their talent needs.

Career Comeback Grants

As part of the Government’s initiatives to increase the participation of women in the workforce, the Career Comeback Grants aim to encourage employers to recruit and retain women on career breaks, enabling them to expand their talent pool and provide career opportunities for women looking to return to work.

Hiring and Training Women on Career Breaks

A company that hires Malaysian women who have been on a career break for at least 2 years and provides them with a training programme that is endorsed by TalentCorp, is eligible for double tax deduction incentive for the training cost incurred within twelve months from the commencement date of employment of these women.
