Be ready for an exciting event in the “Be in the KNOW” summit, hosted by the Shell Women Action Network (SWAN), in partnership with Pfizer and PwC! This closed door event for selected participants from various industries, forms a platform aimed at enhance competitiveness for individuals and corporations through learning, networking and empowerment being an imperative to enhance diversity and inclusiveness at the workplace. The full day agenda below also prioritises corporate sharing of best practices, a not-to-be missed opportunity which supports delegates in this year’s theme of “Taking Your Place in the World Today”.

BACKGROUND
The team in SWAN toyed with the idea of having an internal summit and decided to take it a step further to partner up with like-minded organizations who can benefit from each other in progressing the women agenda. After a few months of preparation and hard work, “Be In the KNOW” was crafted with the following ideals for the event:
