Keysight Technologies: Flexible Work Arrangements

With a workforce of about 2,600 employees, Keysight takes pride in their flexible work arrangement policies. Believing that the challenge of work-life balance must be addressed so that they can fully optimise on its diverse talent to stay ahead of the competition, the company has introduced several initiatives such as the option to work remotely and the establishment of a mother’s room. 
The company also set up a Mother’s Club which allows working mothers to network, gain support and share ideas and resources. 

Keysight reported positive response towards these flexible work initiatives, which has enabled them to recruit and retain an increased number of female talent. As such, Keysight aims to continue to drive gender diversity in the workplace.
