The grant aims to support organisations to set up childcare centres at their workplace to create a better workplace environment, increase employee’s retention especially for working parents and attract working mothers to return to the workforce.
TalentCorp has been given the mandate to administrate the grant for setting up childcare centres and/or expanding existing childcare centres to accommodate for more children.
